چکیده
The worldline of a spinning test body moving in curved spacetime can be provided by the Mathisson-Papapetrou-Dixon equations when its centroid, i.e., center mass, is fixed spin supplementary condition (SSC). In present study, we continue exploration shifts between different centroids started recently published work [Iason Timogiannis et al., Phys. Rev. D 104, 024042 (2021).], henceforth paper I, for Schwarzschild spacetime, examining frequencies circular equatorial orbits under change SSC Kerr spacetime. particular, examine convergence terms prograde and retrograde orbital frequencies, these are expanded power series measure centroid shifted from Mathisson-Pirani or Ohashi-Kyrian-Semer\'ak frame to Tulczyjew-Dixon one. Since I have seen that innermost stable (ISCOs) hold special place this comparison process, focus on them rigorously work. We introduce novel method finding ISCOs any employ it formalisms. resort numerical investigation SSCs ISCO case, due technical difficulties not allowing I's analytical treatment. Our conclusion, as there appears SSCs, which improved proper taken into account, but exists limit fact approximation consider only first two lower multipoles extended ignore all higher ones.

Metric perturbations produced by eccentric equatorial orbits around a Kerr black hole
We present the first numerical calculation of the (local) metric perturbation produced by a small compact object moving on an eccentric equatorial geodesic around a Kerr black hole, accurate to first order in the mass ratio. The procedure starts by first solving the Teukolsky equation to obtain the Weyl scalar ψ4 using semi-analytical methods. The metric perturbation is then reconstructed from ...
متن کاملTransition from inspiral to plunge for a compact body in a circular equatorial orbit around a massive, spinning black hole
There are three regimes of gravitational-radiation-reaction-induced inspiral for a compact body with mass m , in a circular, equatorial orbit around a Kerr black hole with mass M@m: ~i! the adiabatic inspiral regime, in which the body gradually descends through a sequence of circular, geodesic orbits; ~ii! a transition regime, near the innermost stable circular orbit ~isco!; ~iii! the plunge re...
متن کاملGravitational self-force on eccentric equatorial orbits around a Kerr black hole
This paper presents the first calculation of the gravitational self-force on a small compact object on an eccentric equatorial orbit around a Kerr black hole to first order in the mass-ratio. That is the pointwise correction to the object’s equations of motion (both conservative and dissipative) due to its own gravitational field, which is treated as a linear perturbation to the background Kerr...
متن کاملRadiative Evolution of Orbits around a Kerr Black Hole
We propose a simple approach for the radiative evolution of generic orbits around a Kerr black hole. For a scalar-field, we recover the standard results for the evolution of the energy E and the azimuthal angular momentum Lz . In addition, our method provides a closed expression for the evolution of the Carter constant Q. Recently, the prospects of a direct observation of gravitational radiatio...
متن کامل“Kludge” gravitational waveforms for a test-body orbiting a Kerr black hole
One of the most exciting potential sources of gravitational waves for low-frequency, space-based gravitational wave (GW) detectors such as the proposed Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) is the inspiral of compact objects into massive black holes in the centers of galaxies. The detection of waves from such “extreme mass ratio inspiral” systems (EMRIs) and extraction of information from t...
